Since March 26 you may have experienced the app freezing on your Android device after loading some articles under the “news easy” category.
I’ve found the root cause of the issue and updated the articles to fix it. Since your device is likely to have an older version of those articles, please follow the steps below to make sure you have the “fixed” version of those problematic articles.
1.- Open the app Settings
2.- Scroll down, clear both cached articles and search results
3.- On the ‘news easy’ document list, pull to refresh
You may notice that neither video nor audio content for “news easy” is currently being displayed on the app (except if you go to the original web view). I’ll be looking into reestablishing these in the coming weeks.
